Why did my unique views drop to 0 for all videos posted in the past 4 days?

I am learning that Rumble is not necessarily better than YouTube. All my videos had some unique views except for those posted in the past 4 days. Also, Rumble allows people to access my private livestreams worse than YouTube does.
