6 Chicken leg quarters (soft chicken)

Carrots

Potatoes

Dry Rub Mix:

1 5 tbsp Garlic Powder

1.5 tbsp Onion Powder

1.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Dried Thyme

1.5 tbsp Creole Seasoning

1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice

1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
/Stock cubes (I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes)

Salt to taste

Oven temperature: 180°C / 360°F
