Action Radio 1/5/24. Why ALL Gun Control is Automatically Unconstitutional!

Constitutions limit government, laws limit people. The Bill of Rights is absolute always because it is a permanent and absolute prohibition on government touching our rights. Which means the gov't can do nothing in advance to touch your right to own and carry guns. You got the right of self defense from God. All the Second Amendment does is prohibit gov't from touching that right.

Now, when you use a gun, you are now subject to laws, because laws limit people. The Bill of Rights doesn't give you permission to do anything and therefore can not be held responsible for anything YOU do! Some things are legal with a gun -- target shooting, somethings are not -- car jacking.

This is why USING a gun always comes under statutory law and covers people. The Bill of Rights covers gov't. Understanding that is critical to understanding why ALL gun control is illegal and unconstitutional.
