The best is yet to come!

Have you been told you are over the hill?

I am here to remind you that the best is yet to come!

A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that at age 60, you reach the top of your potential, and this ‘high’ continues into your 80’s.

Another extensive study in the USA found that the most productive age in human life is between 60 and 70 years of age.

The second most productive age is from 70 to 80 years old, and the third most productive age is from 50 to 60 years old.

What does that mean for an me?

It means its time to rethink your life!

AGEING is not a decline, it’s a gateway into our PRIME.

If you are 55, you are only just starting.

You are a wonderful creator and your potential is limitless especially if you want to create a life of your dreams.

Now, as a seasoned healer, coach, mum, oma, author and entrepreneur, I know all about how hard it is to achieve the results you desire and deserve.

Amongst the hustle and bustle of life, tossed around by challenges and hardships, it can be difficult to stay on track.

It’s especially hard for women.

A successful businesswoman often suffers from mum guilt, and if you are a ‘stay at home mum’ you blame yourself for not being productive enough.

Most women are overextended and under supported and I want to change all that.

Women in their forties often reach a turning point.

Suddenly your body won’t bounce back like it used to.

You might be facing career frustrations or feel blocked in your relationships.

Even if your outside world ticks all your boxes, you might feel a loss of purpose, or a sense of disconnect/emptiness.

When I was in my forties, there were moments of profound frustration when I found myself completely stuck.

(This was aside from being hit by a truck and working hard to recover.)

It was only through dedicated work on myself that I managed to break free from the barriers hindering my progress and step into the life I authentically deserved.

Now, I am committed to offering that same support to others facing similar challenges, guiding them through their journeys of self-discovery.

If I had known that our most impactful and productive years are in our 60 to 80, I wouldn’t have despaired so much. I always felt that I was running out of time, not doing enough not being smart enough etc.

You can probably relate to all of this.

Its all a lie.
