-Introduction-

Dear, Paterson citizens.

My name is Thomas Cho and, as a counseling psychologist, I have been counselor training public school teachers in Kenya and Uganda since 2016.

I am glad to announce that, under the auspices of Paterson Public Library, I will be facilitating Unemployed Youth Support Group at Danforth Memorial Library in 2024.

My aim is to serve Paterson by strengthening its families, the essential building blocks of the city.

-Group description-

Unemployed Youth Support Group
-Who: Unemployed youths aged between 18 and 29
-When: The group will meet once (2-hours) per week for 6 weeks between January and March, 2024
-Where: Danforth Memorial Library
-What: Members get social support, cover/resume writing workshop, job coaching, job referral, and individual mentoring as needed

-How to join-

If you are interested, please take the following steps*:
1) Contact Mr. Cho via email (provided by Craigslist) to make an appointment for individual interview session at Danforth Memorial Library
2) Attend the session at the appointed time/day
3) Get a notification regarding the time/day of the first group session at Danforth Memorial Library

*Space is limited. Mr. Cho will select members on first-come first-served basis. The deadline to apply is January 26, 2024.
