Blend Door Actuator Repair-Replace Heater Passenger Side Trailblazer 2002 Chevy

How to repair, or replace your blend door actuator.

I tweaked my actuator to fix it avoiding a bad spot in the potentiometer.

Update: The heat went cold again. A quick readjustment on the console, gets it hot again. Now I'm suspecting that the console might be sending bad signals.
Update 2: I found a quarter (coin) inside the temperature slider.
