FC Cincinnati attorneys busy trying to finalize contract with Major League Soccer

o what’s stopping Major League Soccer from accepting FC Cincinnati’s bid for an expansion team?  Bill Wolf thinks it could be one word in this statement by MLS Commissioner Don Garber: "There really isn't a hitch or impasse in anyway,” Garber said after accepting Nashville’s entry Wednesday. “We want to have finalized agreements before we announced teams.” The key word, Wolf said, is  ”agreement.” Agreement means a finished contract, Wolf said in his blog.
