In this episode of “Shine Brightly!”, GiveSendGo Co-founder Jacob Wells speaks with Pastor Cheryl M. Gaines about Project EDEN. EDEN which stands for "Project Everyone Deserves to Eat Naturally™," is a sanctuary aiming to save lives and empower marginalized youth.

Pastor Gaines discusses EDEN's journey since 2012, emphasizing the initiative's focus on substituting guns with garden tools for inner-city youth, particularly black males. Beyond practical skills in gardening and nutrition, EDEN strives to foster spiritual and moral development.

EDEN recently expanded to be "EDEN the Farm," an acre of donated land in North Louisiana, serving as a safe space for participants to live, eat, and grow, while also incorporating mentorship, life skills training, and cognitive behavioral re-ordering.
