On this episode of Help Me Doctor D, Techie got fired for being difficult to work with. This resulted in Dr. D being unable to run the show properly and prays and begs for Techie to come back. Miraculously Techie hears this plea and joins the stream. The two start to reconcile and talk about their feelings, Techie thought they had something special with Dr. D, but it turned out it was just a routine prostate exam and for Dr. D Techie was just another client. The Gahoole calls in and complains about their insecurities, which Dr. D correctly identifies as Gahoole's friends negging him in the hopes of having homosexual intercourse. Due to constant technical difficulties Techie becomes agitated and starts insulting everything and everyone. Later on Dr. D reads out mail sent by PJ, who wishes for advice on what they should do to regain the feeling of sexual pleasure after severe pornography addiction. Then Shaggy calls in and asks for advice on how to deal with King of POL and other obsessed men online. Then Techie screams at Requiem. At the end the show falls apart and Dr. D reverts back to the Daiymo.
