Free Thai-Inspired Mango Salad Recipe 🥭🥗+ Healing Frequency🎵
Introduction:
Transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Thailand with this refreshing Thai-Inspired Mango Salad. Bursting with flavors, this salad combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the zing of Thai herbs and spices for a culinary adventure on your plate! 🌶️🍋
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and julienned
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, julienned
1 medium carrot, julienned
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
1 red chili, finely chopped (adjust to spice preference)
For the Dressing:
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Prepare the Mango and Vegetables:
Peel and julienne the ripe mangoes. Thinly slice the red bell pepper, julienne the cucumber and carrot, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Create the Salad Base:
In a large bowl, combine the julienned mangoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and mint leaves.
Prepare the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create a sweet and savory dressing.
Toss and Coat:
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated with the flavorful dressing.
Chill and Marinate:
Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and intensify.
Crush Peanuts and Add Spice:
Crush the roasted peanuts and sprinkle them over the salad for a delightful crunch. Add finely chopped red chili for an extra kick of spice.
