The 2000 Judicial Watch "Ethics in Government" presidential candidates' debates featured Howard Phillips of the Constitution Party; Harry Browne of the Libertarian Party and John Hagelin of the Natural Law Party. Moderated by Jim Bohannon, with questions posed by a panel of journalists, it took place on October 20, 2000, at the Ronald Reagan Building Amphitheater in Washington, D.C.
