Here it is. Trump's team is officially petitioning the Supreme Court for Certiorari over his removal from the ballot due to disqualification under section 3 of the 14th amendment by the Colorado Supreme Court. This has the potential to create precedent and shape 14th Amendment interpretation for the first time in regards to the President and the Executive Power.
