How the F*** do I play with this??

Romeo is trying to play with her big sister Delta, the dogs toy, and can't figure out to actually get a hold of it!
And for an idea of how big his sister is, a 111lb Akita, so she easily plays with this! Romeo is a little over 4lbs!
