California has a new plan to provide free health care to 700,000 illegal immigrants. And while the program will be free for people illegally entering the United States or using the open amnesty system, local taxpayers will have to shoulder the bill. This is taking place as hospitals in California are already facing the serious financial consequences of illegal immigrants getting treatment, but refusing to pay.

Meanwhile, a civil rights group in Detroit says it wants residents to house illegal immigrants in their own homes.
