DUD or SPUD - Ghoul School | MOVIE REVIEW

In Ghoul School (1990) we get some actors having a laugh, others being serious and others literally screwing up their, takes yet having them kept in.
Water gets contaminated and Ghouls (some with just painted faces and some with rubber teeth) kinda run around and semi fight.
Does it live up to the SPUD or is it a clear DUD?
