In a small vineyard in Abruzzo called Dora Sarchese, Italy, there is a fountain that serves red wine 24 hours a day.

On October 9, 2016, in Caldari di Ortona in the province of Chieti, the first fountain from which excellent Montepulciano flows 24 hours a day was inaugurated.

The fountain is placed inside a large barrel that can hold one person, and on the walls it reads, 'Drink wine, that you know not whence you came, be glad because you know where you are going.

Now that you know this, if you find yourself passing through Abruzzo you too can quench your thirst from the fountain from which red wine flows continuously.
