Refs Use a Piece of PAPER to Determine Critical First Down for Cowboys

During the Sunday night matchup between the Dallas Cowboy and Oakland Raiders, the game is tied at 17 late in the 4th. Dak Prescott goes for the quarterback sneak, and the refs bring out the chains to see if it is good enough for the first down. Apparently the officials were confused to the point they needed an INDEX CARD to confirm the call.
