The Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Canada is a cute idea but something that offers next to no protection to its citizens. Clause number one dictates clearly that they will write laws to impede your life if they feel like doing so which makes Moot and void the other 33 Clauses that follow it. There is no rule of law in Canada anymore the courts have destroyed every confidence that human beings have in the actual system itself. Why bother being a part of something so corrupt?
