This exercise is extremely underrated. It's great to be doing if you're looking to work on upper chest development, triceps, & shoulders while also incorporating the core for balance and stabilization. However, out of those that do this exercise, far too many people perform the Landmine press incorrectly. In this video, we go over a few common mistakes and talk about how to fix them.
