Ethiopia signs agreement to use Somaliland's Red Sea port

Ethiopia has signed a deal with Somalia's breakaway region of Somaliland to secure access to the Red Sea.
The deal is expected to mean Ethiopia will be allowed to use a coastal military base. Somaliland's president says that, in return, Ethiopia will officially recognise Somaliland.
