3 week old kittens thrown away like rubbish

These kittens are only 2 to 3 weeks old! I found them at this spot which I check everyday - after finding two teenage male kittens here only 3 days ago. I thought that there would be an easing in the rate of dumping - but I was wrong. No let up so far. One of them would have only lasted hours as his eyes were cacked up with dirt and he only had grass to protect him from the sun's heat. He would not have been able to find his way to shade.
They were incredibly thirsty after their ordeal. Luckily we have a Mama cat who is still nursing and she has already accepted them.

We are still facing censorship and suppression from Indonesian divisions of social media platforms; YT INDONESIA; Instagram and FB INDONESIA for xenophobic and ultra jingoistic reasons!
