Farrouj Meshwi is a popular Lebanese Charcoal Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

half a lemon
3 garlic cloves
splash of olive oil
spice mix:
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 marjoram
1 tsp sumac
1- 2 spoon salt
