Kone Ecodisc Elevator @ Former H&M - Former Galleria Mall - White Plains, New York

Recorded on 10/6/21. I have this video and one other video from the Galleria at White Plains to upload before it closed in 2023. I did attempt to do a mall tour. However, I was harassed by a nasty security guard who yelled at me for taking videos and then followed me everywhere I went in the mall. At that point, I suspected that he was going to try to illegally detain me so I left the property at that point. Meanwhile, the website shows complete hypocrisy as they want you to send in old photos of this mall. Oh and the glass elevator in the center court in 2018 never came back into service so this dumpy mall got away with never fixing an important elevator. Yet again, ADA enforcement with elevators in New York State has been terrible for the last ten years.
