Watching their favorite shows can wake up kids’ imagination. The characters come to life in their heads, so it is only natural to think that those same characters will probably come at them. This is what happened to five-year-old Tylon Pittman from Byram, Mississippi, as he was watching Dr. Seuss’ "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" on his mobile phone.

The little boy dialed 911 to report that the Grinch is trying to steal Christmas. "I want y'all to come back to my house and take him to jail!". And that’s exactly what the Byram’s police officers did - they showed up at Tylon’s house! The little boy then told his mother about the phone call he made and not long after, there was a knock on the door. It was the police officers from the nearby Byram Police Department. Police officer Lauren Develle rushed to Tylon Pittman's house to assure him that the Grinch won’t bother him this Christmas.

In this adorable video, we see cute Tylon explaining to the kind officer how Grinch is bad and he wants to steal his presents. This boy has a plan in case the Grinch does appear: he will wrestle him and hold him until the police show up. Mom and dad are having a field trip, listening to their son’s wild imagination.

He does, however, have one wish: when he grows up, he will become a police officer. Thankfully, officer Develle assures the boy, "The Grinch is not going to come and steal your Christmas. I’m not going to let that happen."

That is all Tylon needed to hear. Somebody assuring him that Christmas is safe and no presents will be missing from under Tylon’s Christmas tree.
