Is fibre an “essential nutrient”?
What is fibre and why would we need it in our diet?
Fibre is a polysaccharide, a bundle of indigestible sugar molecules
There has not been any solid evidence showing benefit to consuming fibre
To the contrary many people have reversed conditions like crohns and IBS by removing fibre completely
Fibre is most definitely NOT essential and it seems we do better with it removed completely
In 2024 let's educate ourselves so we don't fall for the mainstream lies anymore
