Broken Chain of Custody in Shasta County Elections

Candidate for Supervisor District 2, Dr. Laura Hobbs reports on serious chain of custody violations during the Nov 7th, 2023 election that she witnessed first hand. The ROV's response to public records requests is confirms that chain of custody was not maintained. A draft resolution is handed to the supervisors for immediate review and approval.
