Pancit Canton using Instant Noodles

Pancit is a very simple Philippune noodle dish that is found at almost every family gathering or celebration. If you want to try it, you can order it from most Chinese food places but they call it "Chow Mei Fun".
Pancit Bihon uses rice noodles.
Pancit Canton uses lo mein noodles
If you don't have rice noodles, you can use angel hair pasta, and if you don't have lomein noodles, you can do what I did and use instant noodles from a Raman soup pack.
