finally some recipes where i can use a whole chicken! I like to buy a whole chicken and then cut it up myself (wings, drumsticks and thighs, breasts and carcass) and use it for different purposes, because it's cheaper that way and i can reduce waste that way. But most recipes call for chicken breast or filet, or the broth (where i use the carcass and wings) - but i barely get anything for the thighs and drumsticks without having to batter/bread and fry them! So thank you
