At any race!
It might prevent you from collecting all the magazines!
It certainly did for me!
So once all these video's are public , i will start a New Game+ where i will hunt for all the magazines while @ the same time become 1st on ALL races on hard difficulty.

Why did i do it in the 1st place?
If something takes to damn long / to many attempts i get mad!
Thus to prevent ragequitting like a boss , i lower the difficulty just to get passed said blockade!
Or accept 2nd place inside a tournament when i got tired from doing the same map over and over again ^^

I also completed all races on Hard with my Gamecube playthrough of NFS Underground.
So i thought it was kinda un-neccesary!

Well jokes on me!
