Russia targets Ukraine 'military' sites in retaliation for Belgorod attack

Russia says an attack it launched overnight on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv was in response to Ukraine hitting the city of Belgorod on Saturday. The targets included a hotel housing Ukrainian military commanders.

Ukrainian authorities say 28 people have been injured.
