Belgorod attack: Russia requests urgent UN Security Council meeting

Russia says a Ukrainian strike on Belgorod has killed at least 18 people, including two children.

Russia's Defence Ministry says 13 missiles were intercepted in the area.

Moscow has called for an emergency session at the UN Security council about the attack. It follows Russia's largest assault on Ukraine this year in which 39 people were killed on Friday.
