Every human being on this planet's mind is split. it just may not be split to the point in which you are not okay with it, or which others aren't, because everyone talks to themselves, everyone believes in something no one else does, so all, we are all alone inside of ourselves.

So we talk to different parts of ourselves outside of ourselves to different people. it's what they call mirroring. it's called projection. so I could be having a serious fucking problem right now and you wouldn't know it because I make a joke about it and laugh about it, and everyone else lies to themself and says, "he wasn't being serious about wanting to kill himself. he's joking.". He's only joking because he realized after saying to others that he wanted to kill himself that no one gave a fuck, so he had to come to terms that even if he did kill himself it doesn't matter enough to know when to do any harm. so you got to try to figure out another reason why to live for yourself.

Getting to the root of the problem affecting targeted individuals. I was raised in a very strict religious household which did immense psychological harm that took years to recover from. I was homeless for 2 years. I went on to recover and found work in behavioral health supporting other homeless individuals in my community. Now disabled and struggling to survive but just doing my part to contribute to a collective healing.
