If you find that you have recorded your birthright political status in error and you really do want to give away and "waive" your public and private property interests in this country, all you have to do is register to vote in the foreign corporate elections.

You don't have to send me or anyone else any Notices about recording or not recording your birthright claim.

The only one impacted adversely will be you and it is your private decision.

If you are a Federal Employee, and Federal Citizenship or citizenship is required as a condition of your employment, you don't have to give up your birthright in order to maintain such employment or any benefit that you may have earned as a result of federal employment.

In other words, you do not have to accept BOTH forms of Federal Citizenship/citizenship. If you are a military associated Federal Employee you can stand alone as a U.S. Citizen. If you are a Federal Civil Service Employee you can stand alone as a Municipal citizen of the United States.

Claiming your birthright is a matter of nationality, not citizenship, which is a different issue.

Some American State Nationals do accept citizenship obligations related to their States of the Union. They are known as State Citizens, but they are Citizens outside of the Federal System, just as our State Nationals are outside the Federal System and do not refer to or exist under 8 USC 1101 (a) (21).

Once you thoroughly understand that our population and our American Government is separate from the Federal employee population of the District of Columbia, and that only about 8% of Federal Code conditionally applies to us, you will no longer be confused about these issues.

Until you do get this nailed down in your own mind, you will continue to make mistakes and be unable to stand in your proper political status as an American.
