Self proclaimed bounty hunter lives life on the run from felony warrants

This man is on the run after stealing a van in KY and never returning it. The van interior was destroyed and charges were filed. His friends posted $5,000 full cash bond and he jumped bail. He’s been running from LE since January 12, 2023. He constantly doxes and makes threats to innocent people. Even threatened to kill them, including me. Help bring this man to justice.
