Ukrainian army bombs Donetsk on New Year's Eve

Shortly after midnight on New Year's Eve, the Ukrainian army shelled purely civilian areas in the centre of Donetsk with NATO-standard rockets shells, killing 4 civilians and wounding 14 others.
