Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel says data breach laws need to be changed.

She is calling for those changes after Corewell Health suffered its second data breach in a few months that have impacted around two-million patients. Nessel says the data stolen can be some of a person's most sensitive and intimate information with medical diagnoses and tests that have been undergone.
