The masseter muscle is one of five muscles that contribute to headaches, migraines, neck pain and TMJ. By practising self-massage techniques we are treating tight muscles, trigger points and inflammation in the muscles. The tapping brings blood, cells, and nutrition into the area to help heal. The process stretches, and strengthens the muscles so they operate with out pain.
