TOS Is NOT an Excuse

I get it, Brodie is just trying to show the dangers of staying on an outdated OS. I totally respect that. However, using "because it's in the TOS" is not a justification. It's a whole separate argument/discussion altogether, which I would like to believe Brodie should know better.
