As we embark on a new year, I'm led to think about the great metropolis most of us live in and the countless lives, hopes, and dreams intertwining. Even as we lay in bed and sleep, there are people out there hustling and bustling to keep moving forward.

Let us focus on the sometimes noisy, sometimes overwhelming city noise that makes the urban landscape distinctly a human habitat.

STEPS:
1 - Think of the countless sentient beings in an urban metropolis and the struggles each being goes through in their daily lives and how we each intersect. Focus on what one can do to be more kind, more understanding, and more tolerable to one another.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
