Mayor, police and community mobilize in effort to reduce number of murders in Indianapolis in wake of 150th record-setting death

Indianapolis marked its 150th murder of 2017 on Monday. It's the third year in a row the city has set a record for murders. The police, the mayor and community groups are mobilizing to address the problem.
