Victoria Police breaks into Ballarat property to serve civil papers

On the 15th of December 2023 at 3:10pm, Leading Senior Constable Paul Gudde, from Ballarat
Central Police Station of the Victorian Police broke the padlock on the front gate and forceably and
unlawfully entered my property.

This is a video I recorded on my phone after he arrived.
