Journey to a 1000 lb's || Episode 00 of 10

This is the start of a new series on the channel called a journey to a 1000 lb's, where from now till the end of April, we'll be aiming to lift a thousand pounds between our bench, deadlift and squat, as well as massively improving our flexibility.

- This will be done in 14 episodes including this one
- There will be 3 videos every month till April(which will have 4 vids)
- The videos each month will consist of push, pull, and leg sessions, where
we'll only vlog the compound lifts them selves & also attempt a PR on each
uploaded video!
- The last video of every month will contain a flexibility update, where we'll go through our flexibility progress on 5 main stretches, namely: the split, the pancake pose, the pigeon pose, the standing head to knee stretch, and the reclining hero stretch. Where our goal is to hit full mobility on all thestretches mentioned by the end of April
- In April the last episode, will be a wrap up video where we'll attempt a PR on
all 3 lifts and do a final flexibility update to see how we've evolved and to
see if we've hit our goals.
