Railfanning the Metro North Hudson Line & Amtrak Empire Corridor at New Hamburg!

Recorded on 12/28/23. With a new job in 2023, I had a whole week off for Christmas break! So we made sure to do a little railfanning with the week off. We needed to do some shopping in the Newburgh area, so we took the opportunity to visit a new station that we have not been to before. New Hamburg! This is the second to last stop on the Metro North Railroad Hudson Line and it is a nice station located in the town of Wappingers Falls. Technically this is the Wappingers Falls Station just like Scarborough is technically the Briarcliff Manor Station and Philipse Manor technically being the Sleepy Hollow Station. You get all of the usual action here. Though I finally caught the Conrail Heritage Unit in this railfanning video. Enjoy!
