Plan for a single-terminal KCI up in the air after council vote

The plan to build a new single terminal at KCI is stalled in what some are saying has become a drama-filled, politically-motivated process. Monday at 11 a.m. AECOM, the second-place bidder for the massive project, will have a press conference to show their commitment to a better KCI.
