Without the iView-Goggle time glitch . . . for a Truck Driver to be going Forward through a closing barrier, then to reportedly Back Up, back across the railway line . . . . I'm not going to say the rest, the implications are pretty obvious. Eye-witnesses said the truck went Through the crossing barrier, then backed up. You tell me if that is 'normal rational behaviour'.

I want to know where the Semi cab ended up and how the crazy truck driver got to survive this lot. Probably the loco's dug in, and half the train went straight over top of them. Prime mover probably to one side more out of deaths way, trailer derailed head loco.
