Laws that Permit Unrestricted Biological Testing on Civilians and Open-Air Testing.

In this video, I will discuss and review the laws like Title 50 Ch. 1520 and Title 50 Ch. 1520a that allow unrestricted biological and chemical testing of all kinds on the general population

we will cover additional laws that have greatly expanded these powers and activities like U. S, Code 42 under the "Public Health and Welfare" sections, especially those termed "Medical Countermeasures" as well as Project Bioshield, the Patriot Act of biodefense.

I will then explain how those who have been tasked with protecting us against biological warfare and bioterrorism are actually causing us far more catastrophic harm and then we have the problem of infiltration and sabotage.
