Democrats January 6th Committee Destroys Evidence

The Congressional Hearings regarding the Jan. 6th "insurrection" run and controlled by Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats has destroyed much of the "evidence" they used to conclude that Trump was responsible for the events of that day.

The federal government is required by law to retain ALL documents, evidence, etc. generated and used by the government to be kept. Failure to do so is a crime.

Unsurprisingly, then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat buddies destroyed much of the evidence gathered or used for the hearings regarding Jan. 6th. After all, laws, rules, simple justice and morality do not apply to the Democrats. Just like all the criminals repeatedly allowed to walk free without prosecution in Democrat-controlled cities and states, the Democrats never face the consequences of their crimes... so those crimes just keep getting bigger and bigger.

Every single thing from Jan. 6th is the property of the American people, and yet Nancy and friends have buried them. Roughly 14,000 hours of videos from the Capitol Hill cameras to phone videos from those present that day have been withheld from not just the public, but all from those who have been arrested for being present that day... denying those defendants exculpatory evidence of their innocence. That is a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence. Pelosi's prisoners in the D.C. jail have suffered greatly - denied medical treatment, long periods in solitary confinement, years waiting to get their day in court, and of course, denied a right to defend themselves.

Every single person on that committee, as well as Nancy Pelosi, should be charged for destroying evidence, destroying government documents, videos, etc. and should be given the highest prison sentence equal to that given to longest sentence of any Jan. 6th defendant.

P.S. The 2 "Republican" RINOs on the Jan. 6th committee are not actually Republicans. All RINOs are undercover Democrats who long ago infiltrated the Republican party with the intent to destroy it. That includes not only Liz Chaney and Adam Kinzinger, but also includes Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, John Thune, Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham and too many others to name. All of them need to be replaced by REAL Republicans who know and follow the oath they took to defend and protect the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.
