Focusing on the negative
This is a sign that we are stuck in fight or flight, stressed and disconnected from the present moment.
Blaming other and the outside world
It takes more energy, courage and strength to look inward and take full responsibility for our actions, thoughts and our lives
Staying in your comfort zone
For me this is the foundation of being stuck in all areas of our lives. It is so much easier to do the same thing all the time than to step up, own up and challenge yourself to change.
Holding onto the past
This looks like grudges, resentments and of course the emotional attachment to our belongings.
Stuck in victimhood
Consider post traumatic growth rather than post traumatic pity. Get professional support and use it as a massive opportunity to completely transform.
