You can see in John 10, Jesus enter the Temple for the Festival in Jerusalem and it was winter.
Hanukkah is the only winter festival.
Jesus was standing in the Portico of Solomon as they questioned him if He was the Messiah.
There is a pattern here because Solomon's Temple was to the north of Herod's Temple.
