【追儺】Tsuina (Ancient Courtly Events in Japan)

【追儺】
日本の古来（西暦七百年ごろか）
の宮中行事の一つ。疫病を【鬼】として
それを大晦日（または29日ごろ）の夜に追いやる儀式。
動画内の文は祭文という儀式に使う呪文のようなもの。

The evil demon of pestilence
The four directions of the Thousand Miles of Sakai,

Oniyarai (called "Tsuina" here, those who drive away demons)
go to the place they have designated as the ogres' dwelling place
